After trying therapy for 3 years consistently, I still found myself stuck in patterns and behaviours. I knew I needed to try something else, get in deeper to address something that was not surfacing and that’s when I came across this modulation. The difference in short- it’s more practical than therapy. Maturation allows you to really get to know yourself better, your triggers, their origin and how they’re a part of your adult life so you can find the right alchemy and solution to deal with them. After every session there is a 2 week gap that allows everything you discuss in the space to sink in and apply in real life situations. After 10 sessions over 5 months I already see the changes in my approach to life in general. It has increased my motivation to be the best version of myself, heal and really separate from my baggage (ALL OF IT). It doesn’t happen overnight and we’re always going to be a work in progress. But if we’re not doing the work to live our best lives as our best self, then what is even the point! She came to me while she was in therapy. And she did stop there, becasue she spent her therapy sessions talking about what I had said.
She came to me for two reasons:
One being why she felt she needed to justify her actions at work when she did everything with integrity and beyond her role as a teacher. She was the high performing teacher but felt deep resignation that it wasn’t enough. There a feeling of exhaustion and resignation that this was it’s going to be like. She was in the place of employment for 9 years.
No intention of moving as she believed her next role would be there at a senior level.
Feeling overwhelmed and about how she saw her self responsible for making sure her parents were ok and looked after financially. There a deep longing for them to be happy..

I have had 3 sessions of maturation coaching with Shaima. After the initial session I felt like I had a huge release which left me feeling quite open and fragile for a few weeks as it brought awareness to what was hidden. Shaima really coached me through what was coming up over the week and I immediately felt better. Since my third session I have felt a huge shift in myself and the thinking patterns I had held on to and repeated subconsciously for years. These patterns would weigh me down. I feel a sense of lightness and confidence and the thoughts and patterns don’t seem to hold as much power now. I am so glad my cousin introduced me to Shaima. At first, I was skeptical because I didn’t know what to expect and I also never open myself up to anyone I don’t know, but Shama is such a nice person, friendly and warm person. She has helped me a lot to heal my inner child by just talking and going deep into myself. Coaching with Shaima has helped me in such a positive way I can’t really describe it. You need to experience it to truly understand it. Since the first session I could see the benefits of it in my day-to-day life. Shaima guides you to find freedom from your own suffering. This is quite instantaneous.
